Wow FM 100.7 has represented and entertained the communities of the Penrith Valley, Western Sydney and the Lower Blue Mountains for more than twenty five years.

We provide music from many eras and genres to keep the feet of any age and musical taste tapping all day long.

Recently we have undergone new and exciting modifications which we hope will enhance the the listening experience of our culturally and chronologically diverse community. With programs in several languages providing local and international news and current events, we aim to provide appropriate content which is both pertinent and informative.

Montecatini Wins Gold at the Australian Meat Industry Council Gala Awards

Montecatini Specialty Small Goods Proprietors Roland & Giovanni Melosi and their team have won 3 Gold Medals at the Australian Meat Industry Council Gala Awards (AMIC) in Melbourne.

The Awards have been positioned as the Premier Awards for the Australian Small Goods Industry recognising products of quality and excellence. The Awards shine a light on a group of hard working small goods makers across the country. Call in and say hello and have a look at the 3 Gold Medals.

Radio Mike With Mike Denning

Mike Denning joined WOW-FM in early 2021, having worked for other community radio stations in previous years.

He began at Hawkesbury Radio in 2015 and then moved to Hawkesbury Gold before being the breakfast presenter at Pulse-FM.

Mike is not just a radio presenter, he is also very talented at playing the flute and the piano. He has been involved in outside broadcasts such as the Hawkesbury Show, Dawn Service, and general promotions.

His program on WOW-FM, ‘Radio Mike’, features music from the 1960s right through to the present day. It also features news and interviews highlighting local Australian talent. Mike plays a wide range of music genres including popular music, rock and roll, Indie, and the occasional forgotten gems.

Whilst Mike is not particularly a rock and roller, his involvement in community radio has given him an appreciation of all types of music. Radio Mike is heard on WOW-FM every Monday from 3pm to 5pm.
